Commercial Loans

Commercial Loans

Loans to small and middle market businesses, not necessarily secured by real estate. Loans will typically consist of working capital credits, loans for physical asset expansion, asset acquisition and other legitimate business needs. Loan term will generally not exceed a 10 year maturity and will have regular amortization payments. Loans to closely held businesses will be guaranteed by their principals. Loans guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration are made.

Rates and terms of commercial loans will depend on:

  • ability and stability of current management
  • stable earnings trends, sufficient cash flow to support debt repayment
  • earnings projections based on reasonable assumptions
  • financial strength of industry and business itself
  • value and marketability of collateral
